Scape Rankings
RANK INFORMATION
CHIEF: The highest ranked individual among the Scapes, the chief is the leader of them all. Hereditary inheritance means that only the sons or daughters of the past chieftain can rise to power (unless none exist, in which case a vote is taken to bring a commander into power as the chief).
COMMANDERS: A step under the Chief, the commanders are the chief's second in commands and usually each are in charge of some aspect of the Scapes.
DEPUTIES: The normal ranking for a Scape, the Deputies serve the Commanders and are usually placed in a squadron under a certain Commander.
TRAINEES: The Scapes still in training are classified as Trainees and can be trained by one Deputy, one Commander, or even the Chief if they're extremely lucky.
RETIRED: The Scapes who are too old or injured to be of further use retired and take care of the offspring.
OFFSPRING: Scapes too young to be trained and are raised by the retired, not their parents. (Scape parents do not typically have any sort of relationship with their offspring.)
